Before flying: prepare your pickup request

If you need a VIP Cairo airport pickup or a car to your hotel, start with the flight number, date and arrival time. Add passengers, bags, accommodation and preferred vehicle category. These details matter more than a service label because they help coordinate the vehicle and meeting arrangements.

The service is for visitors to Egypt, including arrivals from Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar. Airport transport does not automatically include aircraft-gate reception or expedited passport processing. Additional requests are discussed separately and are not included without confirmation.

Choose a car or bus for your delegation

For an individual or a smaller family, review private and family cars. For larger groups, send passenger counts to review a minibus, medium bus or tourist coach. Delegations arriving on different flights or staying in different hotels may need a different plan, so share the complete arrival schedule.

Do not estimate seats or luggage capacity from a photo. Confirm the offered vehicle, specifications and baggage space. Include equipment needs or model preferences in your request so availability can be reviewed clearly.

Meetings and conference transfers

A business schedule may combine airport, hotel and meetings in one day. Send times in order, stops, expected waiting and whether the request spans one day or several. A car-and-driver request or delegation transfers can be discussed around the programme, without assuming unlimited usage.

For conferences, nominate one contact, meeting point and required arrival time. If passenger numbers or meeting locations change, tell us before confirmation so the request can be updated. Good coordination starts with specific information, not broad luxury-service promises.

For Gulf families: a clear travel programme

During your visit to Egypt, list destinations and dates for family visits, occasions or intercity journeys. You need not share personal information beyond what transport coordination requires. Route, passengers, bags and timings are a useful starting point.

Transport does not automatically include hotel reservations, attraction tickets or a tour guide. Ask explicitly about additions and confirm what can be arranged. Quotes depend on category, route, date and requirements rather than one price for every visitor.

Departure travel and booking confirmation

Add your departure airport journey with the date, flight time and pickup. Review departure timing, waiting and quote inclusions before agreeing. After a request, we follow up on WhatsApp to confirm details and availability; submission alone is not a confirmed booking.
